Design, technical and budget proposal for the renovation of an 120 sqm apartment

Our first meeting with Kosta and Elena took place at their home in Piraeus. Talking with them, we found that they really wanted a big change in their lives and their home needed to depict that. They wanted a big living dining kitchen space, second bathroom and a separate room for each of their kids.

We measured every area of ​​the apartment and made a detailed impression so that we could accurately design our proposal. We also recorded all the necessary technical details such as drainage and heating columns, power supply, etc.

Then we went back to the office and got to work.

The proposal:

Our main concern was to create a large living zone (living room, dining room, kitchen) and a private zone (bedrooms, bathrooms). So we moved the kitchen to the front of the house to create extra space for a bedroom in the back. We created a large balcony door in the living room in order to give enough light and the feeling that the exterior is a continuation of the interior space. For the floors we proposed natural oak timber floors throughout to create the warmth the family desired.
