Design and complete renovation of a flat in Ilioupoli.
Olga and Grigoris found out about us, on facebook, without having any recommendation for us.
They wanted to renovate a 50 square meter apartment in a very beautiful and green neighbourhood of Ilioupoli. When we first met, they explained that they wanted to renovate the flat in order to use it as an investment asset.
The apartment was quite old and with a dysfunctional plan layout. The living dining room was small and there was a lot of unused space in the entrance hall, which was at the back of the house away from windows. Also, the bathroom was positioned in the middle of the flat next to the living dining room and the kitchen away from it.
We decided to exchange the position of the kitchen with the bathroom, therefore the kitchen was moved next to the living dining room, and the bathroom next to the bedroom. For these layout changes we issued a minor works planning permission.
The couple loved our proposal and they decided to work with us.
Olga and Grigoris were very quick in choosing the materials and so we proceeded with the renovation.
The house got rented very quickly during the renovation and we had a tight deadline to finish it.
